You can track the status of your order by clicking on the provided link, given that a trackable delivery method was paid for.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays may impact the actual delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or damaged once they have been handed over to the post office and are in transit.
Errors:
Once your order has been dispatched, any additional modifications to your order will not be possible. Kindly verify all details during the checkout process or promptly after placing the order.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
MMALIKART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we will help where we can.

MMALIKART is not responsible for parcels for which customers refuse to pay customs fees. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have not been returned to our facility. MMALIKART does not assume responsibility for any customs fees that remain unpaid by the customer. Additionally, MMALIKART is not accountable for delays in your shipment caused by carrier issues or postal holds imposed by your country.
